Layer Pellets?

Women who are expecting crave odd things that contain nutrition they need, without knowing. I used to have chart that explained what you lack based on what you crave, like chocolate means you need magnesium I think.
Yes!
I usually don’t eat enough protein in the day and crave sweets which means lacking protein.
Same with craving pickles - need salt.
I ate a TON of pickled okra when pregnant 🤣 you could usually find me on the couch with the giant jars going to town. I think the vinegar also helped my morning sickness
