Is it alright to start layer rations at 12-14 weeks? Will it hurt them?

Do not start layer rations until a minimum of 18 weeks of age. Yes, it will hurt them. Severe kidney and Skeletal issues can occur.

There just isn't anything to be gained, really. A Starter or Grower or Raiser would be more appropriate.
