laying after broody? (silkies)

Quick question for all you experts out there...when (IF!) my little lady snaps out of this broody nonsense,will she start laying again straight away?

I have 3 broodies at the moment only 1 has eggs under her... the other two have sat on air for 2 weeks now...I have 1 that just hatched chicks a month ago and I have yet to get an egg from her....

Thank you for your reply. My little lady is also sitting on 'air'....sometimes the odd raisin just have to wait and see.

once hens quit being broody its a month to 6wks before they start laying again.regardless of if they hatched chicks or not.
