Laying eggs in the yard:)

Doing need to be concerned about my girls laying eggs in the yard? How can I get them to only lay in the coop? Help!

Do you gave nest boxes in the coop? Is so, I'd not give then access to the yard for a couple of days to get them used to laying in the boxes. But sometimes in the heat of summer, shady places outside are more comfortable and hens will lay in them instead of the nest box.

I've heard people say to pick up the eggs and put them where you want them to lay, or place golf balls or plastic Easter eggs in their nest boxes
