I have 6 new chicks will be 20 weeks on 9/8/20. 3 are laying well, one just started.
But at daybreak when I go to coop, I have found eggs under their roosts. Pale thin shells and of course broken. They are not eating them.
Should I be concerned?. They are eating later feed mixed with the last of the starter feed. They free range about 4 hours a day.

It's not uncommon for newly laying pullets to lay off the roost. It also sometimes happens to hens.
I would put out a container or two of oyster shell to supplement the calcium in their diet.
Once their reproductive systems are fully mature and they've gotten the hang of this 'laying eggs' business you shouldn't see that many eggs laid off the roost at night.
