Hi. I have 21 rir's that were laying 14-19 eggs a day. The weather got colder and the girls stopped laying. They are 25-30 weeks old and have had a consistant diet. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem might be. I'ld appreciate any help.
Thanks

I've heard as the weather cools and the days get shorter -- light and temperature -- the egg cycle slows if not stops all together until conditions -- light and temperature -- return to Spring/Summer style.
Hope that helps.

There are many factors that can cause hens to stop laying. Shorter days, colder weather, stress, change in diet, etc.....
It's kinda hard to say what the problem could be but I hope you find the answer.

Less daylight will do that to them. Try putting a light in their coop so they get 14 hiours of light a day.

Are they moulting b/c that can cause them to stop laying?

Hey CET and welcome to BYC.
Maymay is correct. With the decrease in daylight that wintertime brings, the hens are taking their vacation.

Now all you have to do is decide whether you want to supplement their light to force winter laying or whether you want to let them take the winter off.
You should read up on the pros and cons of each method before deciding.
Edited because for some strange reason I'm leaving entire words out of sentences tonight.
