Laying Eggs

Hi. I have 8 duck, 6 F and 2 M. They are runners and campbells. They will be 6 months old on Feb 28. A few weeks ago I found my first egg. Then 2 day later another. But since then nothing. No more eggs. I took the first one, but left the other. Is it normal for them to take a few weeks to start laying everyday? Also, one egg was in the coop, the other was outside in their run. Thanks for any info!

Don't know about ducks but my chickens had a couple weeks before they started laying constantly.

Do your ducks free range? It's possible that someone decided to build a nest elsewhere, and is laying there.
