Probably not. Would need more info on the feed. Patience. They will lay when they are ready.

It meets minimum requirements. I prefer 20% starter/grower/all flock crumble for their whole life. Oyster shell on the side for layers. Relax, their just not laying yet.

If they're not laying you should feed all flock.

Another all flock fan here! I feed my entire flock Organic starter feed with 20% protein. My layers and non layers love it! This way I don't have to worry about switching feeds and I add oyster shells on the side.
