Over the past two weeks I have found a broken egg below the roosting bar.
1) is this due to a health problem ?
2) should I reposition the poop tray under the roosting bar to be 4-6 inches below the bar ?

Any changes, like adding more birds recently?
Any chance bird is being bullied away from nests?
Moving board up might help it from breaking, but just a band aid...

My chickens typically lay first thing in the morning and I grab the eggs before I head out to work. Any idea why this is suddenly happening?
