Laying in January/Winter?

I went out this morning to feed the guineas and found 2 eggs!!! These must be my girl's first eggs as she was hatched last June. These are my first eggs and I have no idea what to do with them. It's the middle of the cold, New England(USA) winter. How do I know if there are keets in those eggs? Does it even matter, she isn't setting. Do I pick them up or leave them in the coop for her?
