I have a white barama and she hasn't laid since snow fell. Is it normal for her to not lay during the winter?

Chicken reproduction is directly tied to daylight exposure. Shorter days in fall/winter means not enough daylight for production. It is very normal for adult hens to stop laying once the days get too short for production.
Some breeds, or even individuals, are more sensitive to daylight than others. My other 2 chickens still lay, Which leaves me scratching my head.. Is it just a difference in breed?
