Laying pullet not squatting?

Hello everyone, I have a Sapphire Gem pullet, almost 6 months old, who started laying at about 3 months, and just began to be more consistent. I know they are supposed to squat as I have older hens, but she still isn't. Is this a problem? I remember my others squatting right when they started laying. Thanks for the help.

Not all birds will squat or want to squat. All of mine do to some degree (some very readily, others extremely sporadically) however I also really encourage the behavior, probably more than most chicken owners, as I use it as my laying predictor.

ok, great thank you. I guess I didn't know not everyone does. she is getting more docile though I think so that's good.
