I have three adult runners who are going on 3 so far they haven’t started laying yet? Should I be concerned I feel last year at this time they were already???

I am located in PA and as of sunlight it’s not consistent but they are out all day and I coop them up at night

I feed organic layer feed and top it with brewers yeast
