laying

    i am new to keeping chickens i have 12 warrens they are 22 weeks old please could anyone tell me when they might start laying eggs

    [​IMG] They will start laying any minute now.... You can pet the hens down their back and give a light squeeze at the base of their tails, where their hips are and if they squat down, it will be any day now.

    My BO is hilarious - she not only squats for me but also does this fantastic little stamping dance and shakes her little head from left to right! Absolutely hilarious! [​IMG]
