laying

I have 3 hens but only getting 2 eggs a day is there something i can do to get that 3th eggs.

Actually 2 eggs is a pretty good number. They dont lay everyday.

Yep, depending on the breed of the chicken, you might not get an egg from everyone every day. Some breeds only lay four or five times in a week, others every day. Or one of your hens might not have reached laying age yet, if that's the case be patient, it'll come.
