melatonin, and it would be cheaper and easier just to buy a bottle of melatonin in a dosage you want, and your favorite brownies then just eat a brownie and take a melatonin pill at bed time.

LOL! Yeah..i figured they didnt... but i couldnt find what was in them in the ingredients list. Just had me wondering..

Not a bad thing for kids to have if they have trouble sleeping....my sons doctor actually told us to go buy some melatonin at the pharmacy and for him to take it at bedtime. I believe he said at bedtime been some time ago we never went and got any though.

It's also the valerian that will relax you and can make you tired, in addition to the melatonin. Valerian is an herb that's been around for a long time. You can buy valarian separately or in other products, even pills to relax anxious dogs. This looks like it's marketed to people that use a lot of high caffeine products, for when they eventually do want to sleep.

My Hubby mentioned them a few weeks ago. Was on a news program. They don't have marijuana in them because that would be illegal, but definitely have a good combination of herbs to produce the same calming effect.

They are legal for sale and consumption but because of the herbal combination, they aren't suitable for children.
