Hi....new to BYC,
I hope I am doing this right....
Anyways I have a question about some Black Copper Marans that I have, they are about 2 months old and seem to be very lazy, they don't walk around much more or less just to food and water then they lay back down. Is this normal behaviour for the breed and age?

As long as they are eating, drinking and growing it sounds as if all is good. What are the temperatures where you are located. Excessive heat causes inactivity in birds.
I live in BC, Canada and we have been abnormally hot with 35+ due to the amount of smoke in the area. They are among a group of 12 all the same ages and the other are much more active which is why I was wondering
