Leaking Metal Chicken Coop

I have a metal chicken coop that I ordered from a company called easy garden (check out the coop at http://easy-garden.com). It worked really well for the summer months, but lately the roof and the door hinges have been leaking really badly, and I wondered I anybody might have any ideas on how to waterproof the enclosure. Is the water coming just through the hinges, or are there holes?

The water mainly comes through a gap that is on the hinge line of the large metal lids on the top of the coop (these lids don't have a full length hinge).
