lean to/ wood shed chicken coop.

Hi Im new to this. I have a 14 ft long and 8 ft wide lean to that I use as a wood shed. I would like to build a winter chicken coop, I already have studs and a yard. kinda weird looking, I used chicken wire around the tops and side and then added wooden pallets around the outside for added protection, not really liking the look. so if anyone has any advise please let me know.

Chicken wire is not predator proof, best to go with 1/2" hardware cloth attached with screws and washers, or trim boards screwed down on all edges.

Why just a 'winter coop'?

Pics of what you have and what your climate is would help folks give suggestions.
