ZIP TIES! LOL they were an integral part of the brooder for the first 6 weeks! Attaching hardware cloth to the the big dog kennel to keep tiny babies in, to creating a hardware cloth "playpen", to attaching a top to said playpen to keep now "flying" babies in, to securing same hardware cloth to each other to create sheet style walls to the yard! Lol love those little things!

I hear you! I use them on my flock as well. I secure hardware cloth to the heavier gauge wire around the perimeter of the coop!
