Lol well for me it was more about what I could get my hands on more than a choice lol. I love them all too! I personally like something other than just basic white. . but they are all pretty.

The whites are beautiful, but I'm afraid they wouldn't be for long with all the mud n dirt around here.lol

So I was given a pair of calls from a friend who could no longer care for them a few months ago. I believe they are grey call ducks,any one know if I am correct?

I clipped for a bit, only when there was some issues of erratic flight paths crossing hawk territory... now I don't... they learned and teach each generation the safe zones to fly...

Glad to hear I didn't want to clip them so they can't fly I'm going to let them "free range" most of the day and I think they are safer if they can fly. And of course I do what I can to discourage predators. I just wanted to "imprint" with them so they could fly and just alwys coime back. I can just imagine how Peeved I'd be if I could fly then someone took that from me.
