Learning the Polish Standard

I'm wanting to learn everything I can about what makes a Polish bird SQ, BQ or PQ. Does anyone have a link to a site (or sites) that show good comparison photos of what makes a bird better quality or lesser quality? Also, what qualities would one look for in a chick to help determine culls versus keepers. Any obvious traits to eliminate at a young age?
