Easy one - egg yolk.

Wondering what this spot on the end of the egg means. Is it simply revealing the air sac?

Is this the chalaza?

1: yes. 2: Hard to see, but I think so. 3: Hope not. That should be at top and bottom (I think), most likely hard to visualize. I think it's just more yolk shadow.

Thanks for reply. Hmmm. Don't think yolk shadow. It stays "separated" like that when I turn it. ?? And I see it on other eggs. But not all.
