Learning - where does the feeder go

You are getting great replies to your question so I am going to address another issue. Build your coop bigger than you need so you can add more!

I keep food and water on the outside but have 1 one gallon waterer on the inside for the girls to get a drink after they lay or if someone gets a bit thirsty at nite. I think that when they get hungry they will go outside to eat but if they get thirsty that needs to be availabile at all times, being a little hungry in the morning just earges them to get out and get that exercise. Layer pellets and chop corn mix in one feeder and pellets only in the other, chopped corn on the ground for them to find while scratching. WELOCOME TO BYC
