Hatching
I have a chicken and I think she most likely has roundworm and gapeworm. The roundworm because I actually saw them in her feces (had no idea before- but had her in the house because she injured her leg, so was obvious because I was 'cleaning up' after her), so I bought Wazine and treated her yesterday. Since then, I noticed her 'gaping' and am now concerned she also has that, so I bought Valbazen today.I have not begun treatment yet- as I know there should be a 10 day wait before administering the two, and have read that round worms should be eliminated first.
Her current condition- she lays on her side- no interest in sitting or standing. She is relatively alert and still eating and drinking- but less. I have added a chicken 'multi-vitamin' with probiotics to her water, along with colloidal silver.
Because she is doing poorly in general, and now the gaping, I want to administer the Valbazen ASAP before she suffocates from the gape worm. What do you think would be the least amount of days I could go between administering the Wazine and Valbazen?
