My run is secure and I leave the coop door open 24/7. I wouldn't worry about the draft unless it was a gale. Even then....

We too leave our pop door open 24x7. We also have a predator cam. It shows us where the predators probe the defenses. We have seen raccoons, fox, possums, weasels and dogs. We check the perimeter every day. Leaving the door open is a risk that we take, knowing that someday it could backfire.

The small amount of ventilation is one of the reasons we leave it open.
