baby girls are more fun to dress up!
other than that, my only experience with older kids is with boys, and i can only hope that girls are less mouthy as they get older.

I'm happy with ours... elder brother + younger daughter... it works for us (so far)...

If we were to have another I'd definitely be hoping (begging, praying, sacrificing) for a boy... two girls in the house is a nightmare... at least historically in our family it has been... too much estrogen or something...

Add in that my sister, my mother, and B's sister were all middle children and they ALL went (or still are) nuts... yup, I'm happy with two.

Here's hoping you get a healthy human... after that it's all academic.

I have 2 boys, was a tomboy growing up so I don't know much about being "girly". I taught my older brothers how to ride a bike and climb a tree. I'm totally lost on Barbies and bows......

I'd pick a nice order from Murray McMurray over the humanoid... but thankfully you have a much more maternal side than me.

I'd pick boy, just because I have two. I think they are wonderful, so another would be just more so....not that I want any more children, ever!!!!!

I voted 'any', but, in all honesty, I truly think the most important is.........human. If she gives birth to anything other than human, you're in trouble.

Seriously though, there's pros and cons to each sex. Its part of parenting. The important thing is to make the best of the journey.

Congratulations!
