According to the egg quality handbook, onions can cause off flavors. Leeks are related to onions, so I'd think it is possible. If you don't overdo it, I'd think the effect would be small. Just use the eggs in an omelet.

I've never experienced an egg that tasted bad, but I remember what the milk tasted like when the milk cow had gotten into wild onions.
