I LOVE leftovers. Yesterday I made chicken stew with leftover roasted white meat and leftover boiled dark meat plus stock from an overcooked roasted chicken (two meals represented), carrots and parsnips leftover from making vegetable soup and half a leftover bag of frozen baby peas. Today I took some bacon ends and mushrooms leftover from (pizza?) and sauteed, those, then added in the leftover stew and pasta with broccoli. A little extra hot sauce and pepper and it's perfect! The only less than perfect thing is that it's a HUGE bowl full. Maybe I'll have soup for dinner and stir the leftover breakfast into it?
