Leg Band Size help

Im wanting to ring 4 roosters so I can easily tell them apart but I have no idea what size leg bands to buy. They're all Light Sussex between 9 and 7 month old so any advice on what size to get or how I can work it out would be great. Thanks!

I'd suggest 16mm - thats what i just bought for my flock who are adults and they fit nicely without any worry of them becoming too tight. I got the plastic spiral type.
