Leg band sizes

What is the appropriate leg band size for 8 week old sebright chicks? I don't reallly know how to tell what size they need. And also, what do I wrote on the band? Name, number, is it already printed? Thanks!

Depends on your goals and needs for identification.
I just use zipties in various colors/combinations, alternating legs each year.
But I only keep about 20 birds over winter, so may not work for you.
