Leg bumps ?

This chick Draco, is 3 weeks and a couple days old now. His crest has developed faster than their sibling which has near no crest and who is 4 weeks or so.

Lately I also noticed he has a pair of leg bumps on his legs. Not sure what breed they are, all I know is the rooster was white and the hens are black. Though one of the hens have a massive crest that flops over.

Does this indicate gender or sickness ? They're the liveliest one of them all, always jumps out of the brooder first and follows

All chickens have 'leg bumps' where a spur might grow in on either gender.
That very red comb definitely indicates a male.
