leg/foot injury what can i do to help my chicken?

i have an approximately 3 month old americana hen who stumbled? while running about 3 days ago and has been limping ever since. she still puts weight on it and moves around trying to keep up with the other girls but has a bad limp. she lets me hold her and touch her legs and feet with no struggle doesnt fuss i dont see any obvious breaks ,no blood, scabs or foriegn objects that i can see.it seems to be one of her toes best i can guess and i just dont know what to do to help her as these are our first chickens. appreciate any advice. thanks

I think she should be caged or crated so she doesn't keep running. You may have to splint whatever is hurt, or just let her rest.
