leg injury.. cuaght in fence

one of my bird atempted to fly over 6' fence got stuck between posts and was hanging upside down.
she seems better today but her foot is swollen and favored, I have to help her she is my favorite.
she has eaten and drank

Sounds like you are doing the right stuff. Just try to treat it like you would if it were your ankle. Rest it, Chickens usually heal up quickly and are very resilliant.
