Leg Problem

Does anybody know what’s going on with this turkey’s legs? He or she is about 12 weeks old. Something was wrong with her toe and that’s why that is wrapped, but it’s almost like the top joint of her leg is wanting to push outward when she walks. I have a feeling as she gets bigger that’s not gonna be able to support her weight. I tried splinting it and she acted like she couldn’t walk at all. Any suggestions or how to correct? It wouldn’t let me post the video only a picture.
