leg problem

i have a 3 day old peeps that it's left leg is sticking out to the side. one in every 3 hatchings i get one with a bad leg. is there anything i can do to fix the leg? also what might be going on that i am getting this problem? i have a pad in the incubator so they don't slide around and the same for the brooder box. i really need the help. i hate to see the peeps like this and i don't know that to do to fix them.
