Leg problems with my quail chick... HELP!!

I have had a chick hatch out and it seems it can't move very well, it slides on its belly one leg turned awkwardly behind it and its feet curled up. I dont know what to do, its about 2 days old and its a tennessee red quail chick could someone help me please?
