Leg problems

First time hatching eggs out of 13 bantam egs I had three hatch with a totoal of 6 fertal problem is of three that hatched 2 have crippled legs and cant walk How could i have prevented this if possible at all ? The one i have is small and compact little black and gold healthy and happy Any advice
