Legal issues when breeding mallards with WILD pond encroaching mallard

I have mallards, females, and they hang out on our pond. We occasionally get wild, WILD mallards on the pond too... if the wild, wild ones happen to breed my duckies, are there any laws about that? Do I have to prove where I got my mallards if the F&G people happen to stop by?
