Legend of Rainea: Coming Storm

Aelil started to look for someone friendly she could ask about the whereabouts of the Rainean Army. She flew over the valley, her eyes flitting over every tree and meadow below her.
...
Frost flew around lazily, looking for something to do. He thought about the Smokewolf. He didn't think it would be BAD to join the forces against Rainea, but he wasn't ready to risk his life for it either.

A Rainbow Serpent was curled up contently around a warm rock. Unlike the two blue Glacier Foxes, she didn't appear hostile.

Haruka and Dawn flew over the valley as they returned from the arctic.

Aelil spotted something that looked sort of like a large snake in the distance. She flew closer and realized it was a rainbow serpent. She swallowed her fear of an attack and landed near it.
"H-hello..." she said weakly.

The snake raised its head, the flap-like appendages on the side of its head uncurling. She slid out her forked tongue to smell her. "Who are you?" the serpent inquired a bit suspiciously. She didn't smell the foggy, smokey smell on her that the Smokewolf's soldiers had, but you couldn't be too careful in this war; the Smokewolf was far more crafty than Thunder had been.

"We're right here," she said. "Why do you wish to know?"

From the shadows, two huge black gryphons that looked almost identical to one another, faded into view.

Northwind sighed dropping his wings. "Then I am Northwind." He nodded in a show of respect. "Glad to now you are not evil, truth, I am in no mood to fight." He smiled.

"Nice to met you." Hasis bowed back in respect. He gazed at Wind, "Who is this Smokewolf?" He asked, tilting his head.

Sylvia's stomach growled. She flew closer to the valley in hopes of finding something to eat. She knew the Rainean Army was still forming, but she wasn't sure they would even want her help or not. She was horrible at fighting and spent half her time flying away or trying to avoid being killed. All I want to do is find my friends. Maybe it's time I stop trying to win the war, she thought.
