Leghorn(non-white) sex

Hello! We are unsure about the sex of our leghorn(non-white). I've found conflicting photos and I know females can crow as well. He/she is about 10 weeks old. Thanks in adavance!

It's a crele colored cockerel. Possibly a game mix, not a Leghorn.

Any ideas what he could be though?

Its impossible to say for sure. His white legs and shape remind me of a Sussex. And he got some barring genes from somewhere. So its hard telling what breeding is behind him.

Thanks Everyone, I appreciate all the answers and info! still stands that we will need to trade or rehome this Roo and our Rhode Island Red Roo. We're in central Florida so if you all know anyone it would be greatly appreciated.

What does it look like to you? It was purchased labeled as a leghorn. And the colors other than the legs are like one

The second isn't a leghorn ,leghorns have white earlobe and yellow shanks and the 2 don't.
