Leghorn or California white? Or maybe something else?

Pics
Every WL I owned have been slim bodied birds, lean and nearly breastless. I won't even cull them for people food when they "age out"; I run them through the plucker, do a rough gut (leaving the lungs and kidneys in) and quarter them for raw food for the doggos.

All my leghorns at this point are Brown Leghorns. They're still flighty and skittish but seem less so than the WLs.

I was just wanting to add some recent pictures of her, she is now 15 almost 16 weeks old. The past week or so her comb has grew so much and is turning more red, not as red as a couple of my other chickens, but its getting there. I'm still shocked by how fast her comb grew, it was almost as if it was over night.

Some of the pictures are a bit blurry but it's the best I could get.

100% White Leghorn. Pretty bird.

Yes, she checks all the boxes except the temperament; it's probably due to her being the only WL in a flock of Orpies. She evidently learned how to chicken from them.
I had wondered before if she were a WL, if her being around other chicken breeds may have helped influence her behavior and temperament. She's in a mixed flock with a few other breeds, and all of them, for the most part, are pretty tame. They have all been handled and loved on since day 1. This girl is even more calm and chill then our silver laced wyandotte. I think I got pretty lucky with her, I don't think I'd get another leghorn though because I may not get as lucky, having the same temperament.
