You can only get a Leghorn when both parents are Leghorns.
So no, this chick is not a Leghorn.

He could be called a mixed breed, or a barnyard mix (BYM), or a mutt (they all mean the same thing, but some terms sound nicer than others.)

He could also be called an Andalusian-mix, since you know he is part Andalusian.

From that list of parents, his mother is probably a sexlink (the kind of sexlink that is red with a white tail).
