Leghorn roo or hen?

Can anyone tell me if this is a roo or a hen leghorn? It does have spur bumps, is approximately 8-10 weeks old, and the new darker tail feathers are not rounded.

Cockerel. A better picture is needed to determine breed.

Thank you! I will take a better one tomorrow. I got this chicken from a feed store where they said they were leghorns...it does have more reddish than brown feathers though.

Cockerel for sure. Not a Leghorn though. Its either a Production Red or New Hampshire Red.
