Leghorn roo or pullet

this chickie is 15 weeks old. We already had one chicken turn out to be a rooster for sure, and now the comb on this one has me worried. Help? Do I have another rooster?

Is it normal for the comb to be that large at this age? I was under the impression they didn’t get so big and red till they were about to lay. So related, should I expect eggs soon?

It’s normal for Leghorns to have huge combs and wattles. My girl developed a huge comb and wattles at age 15-16 weeks old then started to lay the week after
