What do I do this is my first injured chicken. The feeder fell on her and she's limping. For now I have her seprated from all the others with some food water and hay.

Are you sure that it is broken? Or could it just be sore? If you aren't sure, put her in a warm quiet place to let her heal, or you can just keep an eye on her, while she runs with the flock.
