For the past one or two days, our Leghorn x Delaware hen(roughly 5 months, has not started laying yet) was pretty isolated from the rest of the group and kept sleeping all fluffed up. This morning, we isolated her from her flock(4 other birds) in a little cage with pine shavings, her layer feed, and a water with some electrolytes. She drank the water after a little while and seemed to perk up a bit, yet seemed uninterested in her feed(however, she did eat a few cherry tomatoes from our hand). She has clear, sticky nasal discharge(she keeps gettin shavings stuck to it) and occasionally lets out a kind of wet cough/sneeze.
As mentioned before, we put electrolytes in her water already. We also have things like Corid, VetRx, and APV on hand, so if necessary, those can be administered quickly.
She is still drowsy with that nasal discharge. Any ideas on if this could be a respiratory illness of some sort?/Ideas for treatment?
Thank you anyone in advance!!

I had several leghorn crosses once, and they had similar symptoms. A few of them died. I always thought it was just heart failure, or water belly. Hope this is not the case with your birds!

Can you get some photos of her and her poop?
Any bubbles or pus in the eyes?

Look inside her beak -any canker, lesions or mucous?

Have you had respiratory illness in your flock(s) before?
What's her crop like?

How's the ventilation in your coop?

It sounds like she has a respiratory illness. Which one it is would be hard to know without testing.

Antibiotics can treat symptoms of respiratory disease like Mycoplasma. Tylosin can be ordered online. If you have vet care, that would be a good idea.

Corid is not an antibiotic, so it will not help with respiratory illness. ACV is not helpful. You could try the VetRx to see if that gives her temporary relief.
Do what you can to get her hydrated and make sure she's got plenty of ventilation.
