Leghorns - 3 1/2 wks (Pullet or Roo)

afraid to say I think both are roos. their combs are huge for a 3.5 week old.

There's still hope for the white. My white leghorns had HUGE combs and all are 100% girl.. The legs do look thick tho, compared to mine.

I'm gonna be the oddball on here and say that the white one is a pullet. One of our first chicks was a white leghorn and we knew it was a little roo at 3 weeks. His comb and wattles were HUGE and bright red and he still had fluffy down on his head. I really think yours is girl....just my opinion...I'll see if I can't look on our computer and find the picture of mine at that same age.

UPDATED PIC.......My now 10 week old White Leghorn is definitely a pullet not a Roo!

Thanks for this post as I wondered about all the ones I just got. All seem to have a comb and I sure don't think they R all roo's (38).
