Leghorns

I am convinced that the Leghorns we bought 3 weeks ago are not leghorns at all but roadrunners in disguise.
If they even see us in the window they run across the yard. Sometimes they run across the yard to get treats
but only it is from a safe distance. Maybe by the end of next month they will stick around more then run when
we make an appearance. I won't hold my breath on it.

Most egg breeds tend to be quite skittish. They warm up eventually, like after a year.

these are the only ones that I have had that runs away if you look at them from afar. My other hens never did that, each to his own. Oh
well just as long they start laying their eggs next month.
