My golden sex link will fluuf her feathers a little and stand on one foot like it hurts to walk on it. Whats wrong?

My chickens do this all the time! They are keeping their feet warm. As long as you see her walking normal sometimes, like to go outside or to eat food or water, she's fine. Sometimes they are a little stiff after doing standing like this for a long time so don't immediately freak out...know your chickens and how they act when they don't feel good.
